Technical Service Engineer

We are looking for an engineer with in depth technical knowledge of our battery (on-the-job training is provided) and the applications. Making use of battery and applications knowledge, initiates activities to promote our product to our customers.

Rensponsibilities
  • Prepare technical proposals based on customer needs and provide technical assistance to existing customers with visits, reports, technical and other services;
  • Carry out technical services on RMA issues, battery troubleshooting and replacement decision, and battery dissemble and further analysis if necessary;
  • Monitor and collect information of existing and potential projects, competitors, clients feedback, etc.
  • Work closely with sales team to maintain customer relations, contribute to the promotion of BenAn as a global leading Aqueous Sodium Battery provider by giving presentations, writing proposals, and other activities, etc.
  • Contribute to collecting knowledge on the experience with our products and make recommendations in which area’s new product development needs to take place;
  • Providing input to company’s product teams regarding product enhancement;
  • Uphold technical standards, best practices and technical credibility
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent engineering related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years work experience as an engineer or in an equivalent position
